You choose your intensity by picking one of our tiers: Competitor, Rx'd (as prescribed) or Fitness (Not Rx'd). Coaches are able to scale any movement to ensure all individuals receive a safe and great workout.

A special class hosted by "‘Dave W-Voyage Martial Arts.’ Get in a great workout while learning self-defense.

Each class is 90 minutes in duration.

Kids Class

Available Seasonally

Fun, fit activities designed to introduce your kids to a healthy lifestyle. Coaches provide a warm-up, game driven activities, and a bit of strength training. Perfect for busy parents - complete your class as your kids complete theirs.

Here, we combine our regular gym programming with extra strength, volume and higher skill levels. This programming is for the serious athletes who want to get better at highly technical movements like snatches, muscle ups and handstand pushups! This programming has intentional rest days to ensure athletes are performing workouts at maximum effort with adequate time for recovery.

A great compliment to any class with benefits such as improved mobility and a chance to actively rest your muscles.

Platoon HIIT

Tuesday & Thursday
5:30p

This 60 minute interval based class is appropriate for all skill levels. Here we focus on lighter weights (no barbells), bodyweight movements, and circuit training. Each class includes a core focused section and a mobility closer.
